1. Purpose
This Policy protects FrikShun, its users, connected platforms, and the public. It applies to all use of our websites, creator analytics, archives, software, and related Services.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate law, regulation, court order, or another party’s rights.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, impersonate, or discriminate against others.
- Distribute malware, spam, phishing, deceptive content, or unauthorized surveillance.
- Access accounts, systems, content, or data without authorization.
- Bypass security, rate limits, platform controls, or access restrictions.
- Scrape, harvest, resell, or combine platform data beyond authorized purposes.
- Interfere with service availability or probe vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Upload unlawful sexual content, child sexual abuse material, or content that facilitates exploitation.
3. Connected accounts and APIs
You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must comply with TikTok, Google/YouTube, Meta, X, FanVue, and other applicable platform terms and developer policies. Do not share tokens, misrepresent requested scopes, or use platform data for eligibility decisions, surveillance, sale, or unrelated profiling.
Metrics and public-content metadata may be used only for legitimate creator operations, performance analysis, audience engagement, and authorized reporting.
4. Content standards
You are responsible for content you provide, publish, or analyze. You must hold necessary intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, and other rights. Clearly disclose synthetic or AI-generated media when required by law or platform rules. Do not use the Services to create deceptive endorsements or materially misleading impersonations.
5. Security and responsible use
Protect credentials, use least-privilege access, promptly revoke unused integrations, and report suspected compromise. Automated requests must respect documented API quotas and platform restrictions.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict, suspend, or terminate access. We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or protection of rights. Serious illegal activity may be reported to appropriate authorities.
