1. Scope
This Policy explains how FrikShun processes information through its websites, archives, creator tools, and Chloekat analytics services. It does not govern third-party platforms, which publish their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details and messages submitted through our forms.
- Account and profile information you choose to provide.
- Content, files, and instructions submitted to the Services.
Connected-platform information
When an authorized user connects a social account, we may receive an account identifier, display name, username, avatar or profile link, OAuth scopes, access and refresh tokens, follower or subscriber counts, profile statistics, public content metadata, and content-performance metrics such as views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, and watch time. We retrieve only data permitted by the platform and authorization granted.
Technical information
We may collect IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request logs, diagnostics, synchronization status, and security events.
3. How we use information
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
- Authenticate connected accounts and refresh authorized access.
- Discover authorized account content and produce account-wide and content-level analytics.
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
- Comply with law, platform requirements, and enforce our policies.
We do not sell personal information or use connected-platform data for third-party advertising.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, contractual obligations, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Historical metric snapshots may be retained to calculate trends. When content is removed from a platform, we may mark it unavailable while retaining prior aggregate performance history.
You may disconnect a platform account through the platform or request deletion by emailing us. We will delete or de-identify associated tokens and data unless retention is legally required. Platform-side revocation may not automatically delete historical records, so contact us for a deletion request.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including server-side token storage and restricted access. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information associated with you, and may object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. You can revoke a social connection from that platform’s account settings. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account.
Browser settings may control cookies and similar technologies. Disabling them can affect functionality.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and connected creator tools are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. International use and changes
Information may be processed in the United States and other places where service providers operate. We may update this Policy and will post the revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably required.
